1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during shipping or is defective.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Provide your order details and photos clearly showing the damage or defect.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product to avoid further damage during return shipment.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by PralGadget if the damage or defect is verified; otherwise, customers may be responsible.

4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
