At PralGadget, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during shipping or is defective.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
2. How to Request a Return

Provide your order details and photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product to avoid further damage during return shipment.
Return shipping costs will be borne by PralGadget if the damage or defect is verified; otherwise, customers may be responsible.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned or refunded.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
